Park Avenue Viaduct — La Placita

Park Avenue Viaduct aims to complete an in-kind replacement of the Park Avenue Viaduct structure as part of MNR’s initiative to restore this critical piece of infrastructure to a state of good repair. La Placita is a community activity center occupying the space under the viaduct starting from 115th Street at Bent 21 to 116th Street at Bent 23. Architecture work includes new columns design, facade restoration, ADA accessibility design.
